Born into a middle-class business family, I’ve always been fascinated by the art of creating value—whether through trading stocks, launching businesses, or solving global problems.
My entrepreneurial journey began with a need to fund my education. From my early days of coaching students for IIT and JEE exams to creative ventures like customizable T-shirt printing for various universities and large college fests. These initial steps weren’t just about financial independence; they were the seeds of my entrepreneurial mindset. The real turning point came when I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. Unlike many peers, I chose to carve my own path, building a software solutions company that empowered micro-SMEs to streamline operations. This venture taught me the understanding of market gaps and delivering solutions that matter.
My journey brought me to Pune, where I worked on a government project focused on providing diagnostic service to over 30 million patients and managing their data. It was an eye-opener—a deep dive into the complexities of healthcare and gained firsthand insight into the challenges within the healthcare system. Despite the availability of various digital healthcare solutions, they often fail to address on-ground challenges. Healthcare cannot be fully digitalized, as it requires a human touch to build confidence and assurance in people. This inspired the creation of the Health ATM—a hybrid solution that blends technology with traditional healthcare, ensuring last-mile delivery even in the remotest tier-4 and tier-5 cities.
Modelled after the banking ATMs, the Health ATM serves as the first touchpoint for individuals, performing health screenings and providing instant, reliable medical reports. Equipped with telemedicine features and point-of-care diagnostic devices, it seamlessly combines technology and human-centred care, revolutionizing healthcare delivery and accessibility.
This innovative solution is the result of two years of dedicated research and development. As the Co-founder and Managing Director of Clinics on Cloud, I thrive on new challenges and believe that one must say “YES” to opportunities first and then figure how to get things done! This mindset, combined with my adventurous spirit, creativity, and commitment to innovation, has shaped my journey, both professionally and personally. Beyond work, I am a spiritual enthusiast, an adventurer at heart, a true foodie and a devoted dog mother.
Born and brought up in Aamchi Mumbai, I am an MBA from ICFAI – Mumbai. Hustling has always been a part of my life and to earn my education funds my professional journey began early while I was still in college. Balancing earning and education taught me hard work, discipline and adaptability, values that continue to define my approach to work and life.
After completing my MBA, I embraced the growing wave of the then digital transformation, leading the automation of processes, including the digitalization of operations and Human resource systems. This innovation streamlined workflows creating seamless and controlled work processes and accelerated talent integration into organizations. Subsequently, I held pivotal roles in various industries ranging from BFSI, Trading, Exports and ITES gaining valuable insights into international trade structures and further enhancing my expertise.
At the peak of my career, an overlooked and ignored health challenge which led to surgeries and being bedridden shifted my perspective. I realized the critical importance of preventive healthcare, and how even well-educated individuals often overlook the importance of health, which forms the foundation of success and productivity. which many, including myself, often overlooked. This experience highlighted the profound impact of health on both productivity and financial stability.
Motivated by this realization, I joined hands with the Founder of Clinics on Cloud to bring our vision of accessible and efficient healthcare to life. Our innovation is one-stop solution for preventive healthcare, catering to the needs of both rural and urban communities. While rural areas lack resources for primary healthcare, urban areas struggle with time constraints our Health ATM effectively addresses both issues by offering quick, appointment and screenings.
Through every step of my journey, I have embraced continuous learning, innovation, and a drive to make a difference. My leadership at Clinics on Cloud reflects my passion for building solutions that not only address immediate challenges but also create lasting impacts on communities and lives.
