Do you deploy in rural and remote areas?

Yes - rural last-mile delivery is core to our mission. Our kiosks operate with offline mode and battery backup for low-connectivity areas, and our MMUs and Box Clinics are specifically engineered for villages, hilly terrain and locations without existing health infrastructure.

How long does installation and go-live take?

Accepted Answer

A Health Kiosk is typically installed and operational within about 7 days of order confirmation, including staff training. Box Clinics are manufactured, delivered and made operational within roughly 2 weeks of order. MMUs need a longer window for vehicle fabrication and fit-out - we confirm exact timelines with your programme schedule.

What after-sales service and support do you provide?

We provide pan-India service coverage with an annual maintenance contract (AMC) that includes preventive maintenance visits, sensor calibration, consumable replenishment, software updates and a defined response SLA. Remote diagnostics let us resolve most software issues the same day.
