An ATM can hand you cash on any street, within minutes. Yet a basic health screening still depends on where you live, how far you can travel, and how long you can wait. For Abhay Agarwal, that contrast refused to make sense:

If an ATM can make banking accessible within minutes, why can't healthcare be just as accessible?

Chasing that question led to a deeper truth: healthcare isn't built on digital convenience alone - it is built on local trust. So instead of building another app, he set out to build trusted physical healthcare infrastructure, powered by intelligent technology. That idea became Clinics On Cloud.

Healthcare is among the slowest industries to transform, and building for it as a bootstrapped company demanded unusual patience, perseverance and purpose. Those three values didn't just carry the company through its early years - they became its DNA, and they run through every chapter that follows.

What exactly is a Health ATM kiosk?

It’s a self-contained, AI-powered screening station that runs a 65-parameter health checkup in about 10 minutes - vitals, body composition, cardiac, metabolic and more - without needing a technician for every test. A person places their palm to begin, and results are generated on the spot.

Where are the kiosks deployed today?

Across 8+ countries and 3,500+ installations - from BSF border outposts in Jaisalmer and Army cantonments to government PHCs and CHCs, corporate campuses, and hospitals abroad. The hub-and-spoke model lets a remote kiosk screen while a district hub provides specialists on call.

Are the devices certified and compliant?

Yes. The platform is built to meet medical-device and quality standards including CDSCO and ISO 13485, and it interoperates through open healthcare standards rather than locking partners in.

Does it connect to our existing health systems?

It’s designed to plug in bi-directionally via REST, HL7, FHIR, ABDM, webhooks and SSO, so screenings flow into your HMIS, EMR, government or insurance systems. Teleconsultation, e-prescriptions and risk-based triage can sit on top of the same data.

Who can operate a kiosk - do you need a doctor on site?

No. Screenings are guided on screen and need no clinician on site, which is what makes them work in places healthcare usually doesn’t reach. A minimally trained operator can run a site, and clinical review happens remotely through the connected hub.

How do we bring kiosks to our organization?
