We are live in 20 states and 8 countries - across government health networks, hospitals, defence and some of India's largest corporates. The demand is there. What we need is someone to run the pipeline properly: forecast it, staff it, and close the large deals themselves.
Why it is hard
A Health ATM sale is rarely one conversation. A government order moves through tender paperwork, a hospital through procurement, a corporate through HR and CSR budgets - each with a different buyer, a different timeline and a different reason to say yes. You will be holding several of those at once and still calling the quarter honestly.
What you will do
Own the revenue number across government, hospital, corporate and CSR channels
Close the large and complex deals yourself, and coach the team through the rest
Run tender and RFP responses end to end, with the documentation they demand
Keep an honest forecast - we would rather hear a bad number early than a good one late
What we are looking for
Five or more years selling a considered purchase, including time carrying your own quota
Have closed at least one government or institutional deal and know what that paperwork involves
Can hold a room with a CMO, a procurement head and a CSR committee, and read all three
Bonus: medical devices, capital equipment, or public health
