A campus health centre, a foundry and a rotating mandi programme are three different specifications, so describe the venue and expected sessions per day rather than asking for a flat rate. Trusts and cooperatives should ask how the quotation changes if the unit serves the community as well as members.

Site requirements are modest: a covered indoor position, a standard power point, and no compulsory internet connection, because the kiosk runs offline and syncs later, with 3 to 4 days of battery backup. Language is worth specifying at configuration, since Punjabi is the working language for most users in the district.
